Frank (5/8): Starting Strength, Heavy

Depth was either OK or a smidgen too high. I'll take it. I still had a little left in the tank anyway.

Bench Press

Damn. Almost got it. I'll get it next time for sure. I may have to start splitting upper and lower days again. My elbows are also feeling a little funny. I need to buy elbow sleeves.

I am SO GLAD that this is the last week of volume.


I'm deloading next week and entering intensity the week after that, which really only applies to deadlifts. I'll probably stick to simple linear progression for my squat and bench since that seems to be working pretty well for me.
