Chris - 5/8

No training this past week due to schoolwork... snuck into the Z today to thrash myself at least once.

Squat (unbelted):
Warmup: 45x5; 135x5; 180x4; 225x3; 270x2
315x5; 315x5; 315x5
Depth was probably questionable. I was seeing stars after rep 2 so I couldn't tell. I'll take it, though.

Bench Press:
Warmup: 45x5; 75x5; 100x4; 125x3; 145x2
165x4; 165x4; 165x3; 165x3
I pressed too soon at the end of my first set and got a shallow 5th rep. Felt a lot better than the last few times I tried it.

Deadlift:
Warmup: 135x5; 185x5; 225x4; 270x3; 315x1
355x3; 355x2; 355x1
My hips! They're all over the place! (I need to find a natural-feeling hip position and STICK WITH IT.)

Dips:
Warmup: +0x6; +25x4
+45x5; +45x6
Done with dumbbells because someone else was using the dip belt.

My lifts tell me that I'm probably not at 163BW anymore... oh well.
