Pullups: 10-15, some were muscle-ups
Ab Pulldown: 10x190
Power Clean: A few x 90kg
Full Clean: 2x100kg
Nuts. I used to be able to power clean 100kg fairly easily. Oh well.
Also, I'm now back to 179lbs, up from 173lbs on April 10. Yay.
