Last set was the old grind it out, life flashing before your eyes, remembering this is why you DB row 120 for 30+ reps, stop being a pussy and fucking lock it out sets. Love those, they build character.

Felt really good about this until I saw Dave deadlift 405x4 for 3 sets with notsobad form on his first day DLing ever. Holy Crap. But that's another story...
