Nice progress, but from whence comes 4x4?
ReplyDeleteidk, i figured that since last time i was not able to finish the 3x5 at 292, i decided I would try this 4x4. Looking back tho, I probably could have done the 3x5. I did the same for bench press so as to standardize both lifts. I think next workout I will revert to 3x5.
