Gordon: 1/28

Weight is 180. Upping calories to 4k/day seems to have helped.

Squat: 3x5x365 @ 9, 10, 10
At or slightly below parallel. Slight good morning 1 rep/set. My right knee may be coming inward slightly, will have spotter watch closer next time.
NOTE:
Don't be too excited when finished and unrack all plates from one side of bar before unracking the other side. It will fall over like a tree, less than a foot from Robert's face, and almost kill him.

Bench: 3x5x220 @ 9, 9, 10
Paused, heels on plates.

Chin ups: 10, 7, 6 unweighted
