Weight is still 178. I need to eat as much here as I ate at home.

Squat: 2x5x295 @ 7/8

Bench: 3x5x210 @ 9
Paused, tried to keep heels on ground for last two sets.

Deadlift: 5x365 @ 9
Conventional, slightly rounded.
