Who would have thought one year back that you will be able to pull 370 x 4 reps x 5 sets? Anyway, suggestions:
ReplyDelete-- Get a lifting belt.
-- Stop turning your head to the left at lockout. Why is it so difficult to keep looking straight ahead?
-- Don't rush between reps. Some reps were not 100%, because the bar fell in the wrong position (too much forward, or more right than left).
-- What is the point of doing heavy lunges?
-- Maybe skip the rack pulls. After regular + deficit deadlifts, essentially nothing is left.
