JC (12/06)- Military Press

Hey Guys,
Today I still felt pretty sore from last Thursday's bench session, so I did not bench today.

Military Press:
Warm-up:
45, 95- 1x5
Workset:
137- 2x5
145- 3x5

Seated Cable Rows:
220- 5x5

Weighted Pull-ups (BW + 12.5lbs)- 5x6
Weighted Dips:
BW + 45- 3x6
BW + 55- 2x6

Im going to start Oly training soon, if not this week (since I have to study for finals), then definitely after finals.
