Did almost no work today, in retrospect, but it felt good to move some weights around.
I tried deadlifting with my new belt today (10mm Inzer Single Prong), and I agree with Rene, it feels really weird. For some reason, I get less tension with a belt than without. Since my deadlifts seem to be progressing nicely anyway, I may just use the belt for squatting.

ReplyDeleteI am starting to "learn my belt", will see how that goes during the next weeks. I am afraid to get addicted to it, which makes me even more reluctant to wear this thing. I am not even sure if it helps my squat...
