Got to the gym a little later today because of work. I ran to the gym again, this time in record time (15 minutes, door to floor), which isn't that fast because I walked part of the way.
Back Squat: 5x5@300
Nate diagnosed some twisting on my last set. This is a problem that I've noticed before. I believe that part of the reason may be the hip tightness on my left side that has caused me adductor/hip flexor/lower back problems. Then again, the twist may have caused the problem, so chicken and egg, who knows. Another reason may be all of those residual injuries, including a slight knee problem, make me a little asymmetrical because of little twinges of pain. In any case, I will pay more attention to this in the future.
Bench Press: 5x5@235
Bent-Over Row: 5x5@90kg
These were done as a superset. I think my form on benching is sloppier than it used to be. Also, I did bent-over rows while resting the weight on the ground between reps, as Rippetoe suggests. This is much easier than keeping it suspended for the entire set, so I will definitely up the weight by quite a bit next time.
