Squat: 135 for 5, 175 for 5, 225 for 5, 265 for 5, 315 for 5, 355 for 5
Rows:95 for 5, 115 for 5, 145 for 5, 165 for 5, 190 for 5
Weighted Reverse Hypers: 20 lbs 2 sets of 8
Pull down for abs: 4 sets of 12 at 60.
All this before breakfast. Yummy yummy buffets
