This felt harder than it should
Work sets start here:
175 kg (385 lbs) x 4ish
I lost balance on my 3rd rep, luckily Ronny spotted me. I then proceeded to do a 4th rep, but was too tired to continue.
170 kg (374 lbs) x 6
This set felt easy and fast, which led me to believe my previous fuck up was mostly mental. Andrey and I decided we should give 175 another shot.
175 kg (385 lbs) x 6, 6
3rd set was good, 4th set was tough after 3rd reph. I was pretty wiped out after these.

Strongman curls-
60 x 10
70- 3 x 10
Abs and Calves
I came to the realization today that powerlifting is in large part a mental game.
