210 kg (463 lbs) x 1 (Last PR 200 kg/440 lbs on March 13) 
Pretty great day for squats. During my January meet my last attempt was 182.5 kilos (401.5 lbs), and it felt very difficult during the time. Thanks to Andrey and Frank for their support (and to everyone else).

I plan on doing an assessment of my progress once I've reached a year of training with Andrey.

Half squats-
100 kg - 4x 8

Hamstring curls- 3x8

YES - 4x10
NO - 4x 10

Bicep barbell curls -
80 lbs- 4x8

Concentration curls -
40 lbs- 4x10

Ab and Oblique work
