Squat-
Worked up to 155 kg (341 lbs) 4x8
I was wiped out after these.
Half squat-
100 kg x 8
120 kg - 3x8
Bench press-
Worked up to:
135 kg (297 lbs) x 6
135 kg x 5
130 kg x 5
120 kg x 6
Andrey wanted me to be tired when performing these, as a way of pushing myself when I barely have any energy left. He told me today "When the training is hard, the meet is easy". Pretty solid stuff I think.
