Hello! One of my idiosyncratic workouts.. didn't push too hard today; forgot my belt at home and had less than an hour

Squat
45x8x1; 65x6x1; 90x5x1; 122.5x4x1
137.5x5x3 (some ugly ones in the beginning)
147.5x1
157.5x1

Power Cleans
70x5x4

Deadlift
135x5

felt pretty good about my squats, though hoping to get in more regularly and building weight back up.

  1. Huh, I didn't realize that you squatted more than you deadlifted. It's good to see you're still lifting, though.

  2. Oh no, I definitely deadlift way more than i squat, but I just did a quick set for kicks as Chris was warming up and I was headed out the door, haha! I'll be sure to stick deadlifts as a part of my next workout; we'll see how much of that I retained.
