Some good morning-ing going on here. The two heavier singles might have been a little high, too. Carlos recommended I really engage the lats to keep my chest up. He also said that it might just be some general upper-body weakness. I'm cool with that. I could definitely work on getting more swole.
Somewhat ironically, it was also suggested that I try box squats (or front squats) so I could learn to stay upright and to sit back. At least I'll have a bunch of people there who can teach me properly.

Everyone else was deadlifting, so hey, why not? We used the whippy bar and bumper plates, and it was fast, so I guess I could call this a speed pull...
