Keone (5/4) - Bear 2

Deadlift

Bench Press
160x3 seemed a little heavy on elbows
140x5
120x5x14 (2 sets of 4)

Some cramping on left quad... weird. Overall, more or less happy with today's results (no sleep last night, and elbows still sore from squatting).
