So I have a case of vaginitis sensitivus, where anything more than 20-30 lbs above my 5RM scares me before I get a single rep up.
I blame shaking legs, which means tiredness from previous reps. (Which makes sense.) It got halfway up and cleared the knees before I dumped it. I will try heavy singles in a few weeks (without a 5RM right before), but for now I'll be a little more disciplined. 375x5 in 5 days should be interesting.
Also, I need to eat more. Stopped drinking my milk and stopped gaining weight (BW plateaued at about 175). Goal is 1 kg gain per week, so it's back to the milk and gettin' fat.
