Bodyweight at 198 lbs.

Zero leg drive. FML.

close grip bench-

incline bench-
230x6
230x4


Next week the intensity portion of the cycle begins.

Shrugs-
built up to 455x10. Did around 70-80 reps total


Dumbbell rows-
90x10,15,10

Forearm stuff.
