Frank (11/16): Squat, Volume 1

It feels good to be back. I always get a little stir crazy during deload weeks unless I've really driven myself into the ground (which I didn't do the last cycle).

Back Squat
5x45, 5x135, 5x185, 5x225, 3x275, 3x315
5x365 @ 8

These weren't too bad. I do have a sticking point about 1/4-1/3 of the way out of the hole, but once I get past that, the rest is easy. Minor lower back pump.

Reverse Band Deadlift (65-175)

These were a little too easy. I'll ramp up the intensity a smidgen for the next two weeks.

Oly Squat: 4x8 @ 265
These should probably be called deep low-bar squats since I place the bar in the same place as normal squats, but go ATG in terms of depth.
Ab Rollout: 3x6
