Military press-
45x10, 95x5, 135x3, 155x1
Work set-
170- 5x5 (PR+5 for 5 reps)
I'd rate the first 4 sets @8, and the last set @9. I decided to do these before bench so I could have more energy. Will probably jump to 180 next week. It seems like the push press is helping (and general increase in frequency of presses I suppose).
Bench press-
45x8, 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 265x1
Work set-
290- 3x5 (PR+5 for 5 reps)
Geez, these felt freaking hard after the military presses. All were touch and go. Only received assistance on the very last rep. It feels good to be able to do these after being worn out.
Close grip bench-
240- 3x6
Weighted dips-
+55- 3x8
Weighted pullups-
+10x5
+20- 4x5
Barbell rows-
185- 5x10
Tricep pushdowns-
155x10
155x7
Seated preacher curls-
95x11, 4
