Stopped here. I try to adhere by the RSP template as much as I can, but if my body says no, then I should listen to it. Important note- I think I tweaked my lower back regardless. Next Wednesday I'm scheduled for sets of 6- if I could do at least one set of 6 (or more), I'll consider this progress.
Calve work

No ab work today, lower back still hurts.
