Pull-ups-

Just decided to add an extra 3 sets to be consistent.
Ab roller-
3x6
6 mile walk back home- 1 hour 20 mins.
Least favorite part of day.
This Friday I have planned 325 @4x4 for squat, and 295@4x4 for bench press.

I'm planning on attending the meet. We might even compete against each other if I eat a bit more and get out of the 90kilo class.
