Back in the saddle. I thought I'd start posting again now that I'm done my random workouts and life has let me back on a plan. Unfortunately it will only be for about 2 weeks as I'm going on vacation in Europe in July and will return to the plan after that.
PBJ + Kik are starting Sheiko #29. It's 3 days a week (we are going monday, wed, fri now) so that leaves me tuesday, thursday, saturday, sunday to run. Yesterday was the first day.

First day was a little rough to be honest. I'm still dealing with a strained hip flexor so that made me hesitant on the harder squats. I was also a little fatigued from a race the day before, but nothing too bad. I like this program.

Yea we considered doing Tue/Thurs/Sun but we thought that during the summer the Sunday workout would have a lot of conflicts, since we all have a bunch of weekend trips and other things going on. It does kinda suck that we don't get to lift with the normal crew :(
