-- You should be in great shape right now. It has been a full week without real training since the meet. I can only guess that 405 (no belt) feels too heavy for 5x5 with moderate rest periods, since:

2. 485 is still way above the unbelted max.
So 365 looks like a good starting point.
-- Also, I think that it would be a good idea to write your wake-up weight on training days. This can shed some light on your weight management problems (= being extremely skinny).
I am hovering around 177. Actually my radial nerve pain is getting worse...I'm going to take the next 5 days off, see a doctor (my mom) and try to figure out what's the problem.
ReplyDeleteI hope that this is nothing serious. Did you also consider the possibility that the first doctor was wrong, and it's not a pinched radial nerve?
