Squat 285lbs x5 reps
295lbs x 5 reps x 2 sets

Power Cleans: 150ish lbs x3 reps x couple sets
Snatches: 60 kg x some reps x some sets

Deadlifts: 310ish x9 or 10 reps

Behind the Neck Press: 45lbs x15 reps x2 sets

One hand Plate Pinches: 15kg x 15ish seconds
20kg was a fail

Bodyweight is 89 kilos...but I still look skinny. Looking for at least 95 kilos by the end of the summer.

Just getting back into lifting. I wore a belt and did low bar squats, I'm surprised at 295. It was hard, but not bone crushing oh crap I should have gone a bit lighter hard. I might have been a little high.

The Z was packed, I was lucky to be able to do what I did...
