Chins: 30lbs x5 reps x3 sets
Push Press: 145lbs x5 reps x2 sets
Rows: 185lbs x5 reps x2 sets
185lbs x8 reps x1 set
Dips: 30lbs x 5 reps x3 sets

Rows were sloppy, I was going to do three sets of push press but 145 was too hard, and thats it. Doing some cardio kickboxing tomorrow.
