Hey guys,
I'm going to start powerlifting again- it took me a while to realize this, but Oly isn't feasible coupled with my other goals. W/e, powerlifting is awesome anyways, so I'm not too bummed out.
I need a program to get back on track- should I just do Starting Strength again? Suggestions?

I think if Frank can do Starting Strength you can too. Even I'm still ekeing out gains... kinda...
ReplyDeleteYes, Starting Strength will work for you. I'm looking forward to your progress! Check my log or Chris's or Gordon's for what to do. They're all a little different, but any one of them should work.

ReplyDeleteWhatever you choose to do, pick a "mentor" and lift with him, at least when you're getting back on your feet. Frank, Gordon, Rene, myself...we'd all be happy to take the time.
