These felt easy, but that's as it should be.
Military Press

After the first set, I knew that something was wrong. I felt no energy and no power. My elbows are also acting up in a major way.
Pullups

Ab Pulldown: 10x190
I called it short after military presses. Thankfully, this is a light day, so not much is lost. I'm going to take some Vitamin I and hope that this is just a temporary thing. On the bright side, this is happening much later in the training cycle compared to the last meet.
