In the three remaining training weeks until the meet, I'm planning on doing a modified Starting Strength routine, which basically looks something like this for the weeks of 5/16 and 5/23.
Tuesdays: 3x5 squat, bench, row
Thursdays: light squat, 3x5 military press, pullup
Saturdays: 3x3 squat, bench, deadlift
For 5/30, I'll do a Thursday workout on Tuesday (light squat, military press, pullup), then test my openers on Thursday (heavy triples on the three big lifts). I'll be out of town for the weekend before the meet.
