After this point, I became pretty ambitious, and decided to break my old PR.
100 kilos- Fail
Was very nervous for some reason, and didn't catch the bar properly.
100 kilosx1 (10 kilo PR)
Form was pretty terrible. Shanker suggested that I should try working on explosiveness. Overall though, it didn't feel too heavy. Tomorrow I will train with Mike, so I'm sure I'll get some good tips from him.
