I sat back a little too far on the fifth rep of the first set, which made me fall backwards. I reset and did the last rep anyway. I got the second and third sets, though, so I'll count set 1 as complete. I'm having a few problems hitting depth with my current stance. I will play with depth on my light day Thursday to make sure that I can hit it properly on Saturday. I also probably jumped a little too aggressively. The 340 felt easy last Saturday, so I thought I could do 350 today, but I probably should have done 345 instead and buried it. From here on out, it's 5lb jumps only.
