At this point I was going to do some back squats, but I felt a funky twinge in my lower back on my vertebrae, so I did more front squats. I'll get it checked out by the trainers on Monday, gotta love the perks to playing a varsity sport :p

So I know this is the day of the meet and everyone who lifted deserves props, but let me just take a moment to point out to everyone who hasn't noticed the amazing progress Justin has made. And even more admirable, he's done it largely on his own (with some help from Aaron along the way). I remember his old bodybuilding routine...so I just gotta say, man you deserve some serious congrats. 5/3/1, but most importantly yourself, has worked wonders.
