The weights are going up again. It's about damn time.
For assistance I did:
1x20 squat
3x10 front squats (these suck because I'm still working on wrist flexibility)
3x20 leg press
dips 12, 10, 10
3x20 bench
Yeah volume, going to ride this as long as I can.
