Bench: 3x5x230 @ 9, 9, 10

2/18/10
Didn't do 3x5x385 because I think it will take longer than a week to fully recovery in time for the meet. Just did some singles.

Squat: 3x1x385 @ 8
Bench: 5x1x245 @ 8
