The last set was because Nate challenged me, and he now owes me four cookies. The 6+1 was because I rested for a good 10-20 seconds after rep 6. This also shows that I'm a bad judge of RPEs. There's no way that the second set was RPE 9 if I could do 7 on set 3, but it sure felt like 9...

I couldn't seem to stabilize the 545 after standing up with it. The others were OK. Oh well. I'm not going to be squatting 545 for a while anyway.
