Frank (2/4): RTS Volume, Bench

Bench Press (Paused)

I used a competition-valid pause for all presses. The last set was weird. I lost balance on the first rep, then lost focus when Nate told me to remember to wait for the pause command on my way down, which made me stop about half-way down (not your fault, man). I took a short break to reset mentally, then did the last rep easily. I'm pretty sure I could have gotten the 3 had I been more focused.

Dumbbell Bench

Easy peasy.

Cable Row: 4x8@210
Military Press: 8, 8, 8, 7 @ 145
Shoulders short-circuited on the very last rep. Whatever.

Curls: Lots x Light Weight
For my elbow pain, which makes it difficult to control my bench presses on the way down.
