I took some ibuprofen before training today, which probably helped my elbows a bit. I still felt a little pain, but nothing I couldn't push through.
Bench Press
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 3x185, 1x225
3x265 @ 9ish
I probably could have gotten another rep, but I called it short to avoid aggravating my elbows.
Dumbbell Bench: 3x10@90
Cable Row: 4x8@200
Military Press: 8, 8, 8, 7+1 @ 145
If I nurse my elbows for the next week and a half, I should be relatively fine for the meet. My attempts will probably be along the lines of 265/285/290-300 depending on how I feel.
