Frank (2/13): RTS Intensity, Deadlifts

Deadlift

The first set was OK. The last three got increasingly tougher, but all were still doable.

Pause Squat (~2 seconds)

I have some problem with my knees coming too far forward. My elbows were also a little tender while doing these, but I focused as much as I could on keeping my elbows back, which helped some.

Ab Pulldown: 3x15@190
