I'm back.

Everything healed up properly. I got back into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, so I've decided I'm only going to lift once every three days, or twice a week, depending on if I continue BJJ or not. Also because my grades aren't doing so well.

Buuuut, some guy I was wrestling with back home in my Jiu Jitsu gym pulled a heel hook on me and popped my ankle...thus I'm recovering =). I'm probably not going to lift until Feb, or if I want to do the meet, I might change my mind.

Anyway, I don't know what's going to happen. Maybe I'll join you guys for an upper body day or something.
