Weight is still 178. I'm only eating about 3500 Cal/day, I guess I need to up it to 4000 Cal/day.
Squat: 3x5x360 @ 10, 9, 10
Danny gave me a good idea to do some of these as good mornings so that I can get 2 exercises for the price of 1. The last rep of each set was a pseudo- good morning :D
Bench: 3x5x215 @ 8, 9, 9
Paused, heels on floor, had Robert call "up" after he sees the bar has stopped.
Pull ups: 9, 7, 6 no added weight

ReplyDeletewhat weight do you want to get to Gordon? I used to be around ~170 like 2 years ago- I'd say really up your caloric intake if you want to get anywhere weight-wise.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I definitely need to eat more to get to an useful weight, 3500 is not enough. I think I can run Starting Strength a while longer, if I can get to 200 lbs.
