Ran/walked (because of lower-back pump) to the gym. I didn't time myself. I was probably slow.
I weighed myself on the scale in the athlete's locker room. It turns out that I'm 178lbs now. I was planning on filling out the 181 weight class eventually anyway, so yay. Where are my strength and size gains though?
Bench Press: 6x225
Cable Row: 2x4@200
Military Press: 2x4@135
And that's it. Short and sweet.
