Really bad today... couldn't even hit 150x5 on my first two attempts, so I had to "clean up" on 145. It is probably because proper form still isn't keyed into my mind. At least I got my 15 reps somehow.
Deadlift:

Pretty challenging.
Dips:

My bench sucks. Need to really work on form, but not sure how to fit in additional work.
