Kik - 11/19/2009 - Intensity - Bench
Last day of intensity, this time it is uppar body again.
Bench (regular)

315 FAIL
315 was far from possible. Too heavy, even for touch and go. Also, 295 felt heavy because I lost the groove, yet I still managed to press them up. I know that Brian would have tried 4 or 5 more attempts with 315, but could feel in my forearms that 315 took their toll. Hence, I called it quits and moved on to get a PR in closegrip presses.
