Bench, second session this week. Since I went away from any experimental bench (boards, bands, chains) to the classic movement, bench with the same grip happens twice a week. After last Tuesday, I certainly wanted to reduce weights a bit in order to not repeat max effort singles within a few days. Hence, I opted for working up to several sets of doubles, always leaving 1 or more reps in the tank.
I also should note that my elbow seems to be healing up. I don't feel any pain during bench; but there is some slight amount of pain when I grab things or lift my arm to adjust my hair or put on face lotion or eye liner.
