JC (11/19) - RTS Intensity (Bench)?

I'm still getting used to the terminology but I believe what I did today falls under RTS.
Heres the breakdown:

Flat Bench-
Warm up-
45, 95, 145, 185 - 1x5
225 - 1x3
Work set-
275- 3x3

Lockout using Foam:
295 - 2x3
305- 1x3

Floor Presses:
275 - 3x3

Pull-up/Weighted Dip (90lbs)- 4x8 each (on my second set of dips I used 70lbs, but continued with 90lbs on my last two sets)

Today was the first time I did lockout exercises, and I can see why they're helpful. 405 here I come...
