The 265s were not too bad, though a little slow, so I thought I could do 270, but no go. This sucks considering I was able to triple 275 prior to the meet in August. I hope my bench press strength hasn't gone down. Going up to 270 was probably a bad idea to begin with. Ah well.

I lost the grove a bit on the third set, but the rest weren't that bad. My elbows were feeling a bit tender after the barbell benching, and these helped a bit.
Cable Row: 4x8@190
Military Press: 4x6@147.5
Done as a superset.
Walked/ran back home in about 13 minutes. Hm. Either I'm faster than I thought I was, or the Z is closer than I think it is.
