I skipped Thursday because I had to attend a business event. It was deload lockout day, so I wasn't planning on doing much anyway. I ended up doing some pushups and pullups at home.
Back Squat

365 was my old max, so I'm pretty happy about this. That last triple was pretty brutal, though.
Deficit Deadlifts
3x435 @ 9
3x435 @ 9.5
3x435 @ 10
These were much harder than I expected. I was originally going to try to go up to 455 if 435 felt easy, but I think I blew a little too much energy on the squats.
