The squats weren't that slow. If anything, the first four reps of every set were quite fast.
ReplyDeleteGordon, I think you should accept the fact that you are not explosive. Your lifting style is probably based on brute strength, just like any other super-heavyweight.
ReplyDeleteI guess they felt quite slow? And yes Danny, sometimes I do feel like a SHW stuck in a 171 lb body haha.
